This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Photoface AI (“Application”) for mobile devices provided by Livintis W.L.L. The Application is an app that allows users to generate avatars using AI by fine-tuning with user-provided images.

What information does the Application obtain?

• Automatically Collected Information: The Application may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application. We also collect behavioral application event data for analytics: access dates and times, app features or pages viewed, app crashes, and other system activity and information.
• User Provided Data: We collect content submitted by users, such as bug reports, customer support communications, transaction-related information when you make purchases or respond to any offers, and information you provide when you contact us for help. When you register with the Application, you provide an email address and password. Additionally, you will need to upload 10-30 photos of yourself to use the AI Avatar feature. These photos are essential for creating AI-generated avatars.

AI Avatars: This feature is integral to the application. The photos you upload are used to train a copy of a stable diffusion model, which is then used to generate AI avatars. To perform the model training and avatar generation, we make use of a 3rd party service called Astria.ai. During this process, the images will go through our servers and Astria.ai’s servers.

What do we use your data for?

We use this information to enable and improve your experience with our services; to research and develop new services and features; to deliver retargeted marketing on social media, and to fix bugs and issues. If you have created an account and opted in for email services, then we will use your email to send you the services you opted in for and for retargeting marketing. We share information about your app use with our GDPR-compliant social media, advertising, and analytics partners to help us improve our services. These services may include: Amplitude, OneSignal, Crashlytics, Appsflyer, Google, Facebook, Sashido, RevenueCat, SearchAdsHQ, Astria.ai, Superwall.

How can I control what is shared?

You can turn off sharing analytics data at any time using the settings menu of the Application (go to Settings -> Privacy Settings). However, the AI Avatar feature requires image uploads, and opting out of this will prevent the app from functioning properly.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information of the device?

No, the Application does not collect precise location information.
