This document is part of the TranscribePro terms and conditions. It applies to users who have downloaded the TranscribePro app and/or have purchased a TranscribePro membership. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app. If you are using the app for a business or organization, you are agreeing to these terms on behalf of the business/organization, and “you” and “your” will refer to that business/organization.

The TranscribePro app is free. The core features include audio transcription, summarization, and transcription management.
We may change the pricing plan at our discretion. In such a case, we will inform you before any changes so you can modify or cancel your subscription before they take effect. We accept no responsibility for any losses you may incur by failing to change your subscription after we have informed you of any pricing plan changes.
The content you create, submit, or interact with while using the app must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app does not violate the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.

The app's developers reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any content or user activity that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate. If you violate these terms, your access to the app may be suspended or terminated without notice.
